Watch out for this Liverpool next season

Africa's most expensive player, Mohammed Salah, otherwise known as Egyptian Messi recorded his second goal with Liverpool in their 2-1 victory over Leicester City in the final of the Premier League Asia Trophy.

Nigeria internationals Wilfred Ndidi and Ahmed Musa entered into the fray in the 56th and 65th minute respectively for the Foxes, and Liverpool new man Dominic Solanke appeared off the bench for the fourth time in pre-season following his introduction in the 65th minute.

Slimani opened the scoring for Leicester City after 12 minutes, but the lead lasted only eight minutes, with Salah, otherwise known as the Egyptian Messi, squeezing a header into the far corner to level for the Reds.

A minute before half-time, Philippe Coutinho scored what turned out to be the game-winner, the Brazilian cut inside on his right foot and fired the ball into the far corner.

In their next pre-season game, Jurgen Klopp's side square off against Hertha BSC in a week's time.
